<p>Beirut: Two Lebanese soldiers were injured in an Israeli attack in southern Lebanon, Lebanese army announced today, June 2, 2026.</p> <p>In a statement, the army said the two soldiers sustained moderate injuries when they were targeted by an Israeli drone on the Haboush-Deir Zahrani road in the Nabatieh region.</p> <p>The Israeli occupation continues its attacks on areas in southern Lebanon despite the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on April 16 and was extended for a second time on May 15 for 45 days.</p>
